Returns, Exchange and Cancellation

EXCHANGE/RETURNS/REFUNDS:

To Qualify For EXCHANGE/RETURNS/REFUNDS

1.  You will need to update us via email or whatsapp within 48 hrs of product delivery regarding your concern.

2. Incase a wrong item has been received, a manufacturing defect or you don't like it, we shall refund.

Note: Only One Exchange is Allowed Per Order. No Return/Refund on Exchanged Products.

3. Item to be returned against respective Refund or exchange will have to be sent back to us. Dispatch it within 3 days after delivery  in the original condition to the address mentioned on Invoice.  We do not provide reverse pickup.

4. Once we receive the item(s) back, we shall initiate Refund/Exchange ONLY IF the Item(s) are found to be intact , unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.accompanied with original invoice and all respective addons/Gifts. REFUND will be initiated within 10 business Days after we receive the product and your return is approved by us..

CANCELLATION:

Item cancellation request is accepted generally within 24hrs of placing the order or prior to dispatch whichever comes early. In certain cases an order might come in transit within few hours of placing the order. You may raise a cancellation request by dropping us an email or via whatsapp. 



To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
